I’m here to coach you through your journey if you want support transitioning toward eating more meat and less plants. Whether you need help working through food addiction, repeatedly falling off the wagon, getting specific about what you eat and when, or anything else that relates to the emotional, mental, or logistical obstacles of changing your way of eating, I want to help you get there.

Please know that in order to have a transformative experience, I work with clients for a minimum period of 6 months, with three 45-minute calls per month and unlimited inter-call voice and text support on Telegram. The total investment is $40,000. Coaching is tailored to each client’s needs, but most often involves transforming client’s relationship to food and to body, so client can find freedom from food attachment and baggage, become less reactive and more in control of his or her eating, and freely make choices in alignment of long term desires for health and wellness.
