Learning how to overcome cravings and believing that you can is a critical component to long term success on carnivore. In my experience, when you change your thinking around cravings and understand how to handle them and that you are totally capable, you’ve pretty much conquered the most difficult thing about relationship with food.
In this episode we will discuss the two major kinds of cravings and learn more about the workings of the different parts of the brain. You will also learn how to begin lessening using food for emotional buffering and management.
I really enjoy your podcasts. You are well spoken and the content is informative and interesting. I listened to 14, 15, and 16 today and will be back for more. I have been carnivore -ish for a couple of years but the carb binges have been bad recently. Tomorrow I will start a 30 day effort and really listen to my body and eat mindfully and consciously. I have autoimmune issues that I hope will get better.
