In my experience, when you change your thinking around cravings and understand how to handle them and that you are totally capable, you’ve pretty much conquered the most difficult thing about relationship with food.
In this episode we will discuss the two major kinds of cravings and learn more about the workings of the different parts of the brain. You will also learn how to begin lessening using food for emotional buffering and management.
